Toilet advert encourages Glasgow men to improve personal hygiene with 'Willybrush'

Glaswegians visiting the bathroom of a restaurant in the city are being targeted by an advert for a hilariously named men's personal hygiene item called a 'Willybrush'.

The ad in the unnamed bogs encourages people spending a penny to invest in the 'Gentleman's Cleaning Brush', which is made by Irvine-based Wills Hygiene Products and claims to be "the only product of its kind in the world".

The Gentleman's Cleaning Brush - or GCB for short - is said to have appeared "in countless articles in print and on the web", including Men’s Health and Esquire, as well as on V Graham Norton "alongside a bemused, but intrigued Alan Cumming".

Made from high-quality goat hair and coming in a choice of silver and gold-coloured brushes, the Willybrush is described as a "loving present that does not hurt his feelings" and has as its primary function the promotion of hygiene.

A description of the product reads: "The brush is specifically designed for keeping the penis thoroughly clean, whilst protecting sensitivity, in turn helping our customers to feel more confident, particularly in moments of intimacy with their partners.

"This can often be an area that is overlooked."

What's the verdict Glasgow, will it become a staple part of any bathroom cabinet in the future?
