- Miandad last-ball six. Sharjah 1986

On April 18, 1986, former Pak batting legend Javed Miandad struck the final ball of the match off Chetan Sharma for a six to defeat India in the finals of the Austral-Asia Cup. Pakistan needed four runs to win off the final ball.

- Venkatesh Prasad’s response to arrogant Aamir Sohail

1996 World Cup quarter-final in Bengaluru. Sohail on a great run humiliates Prasad by gesturing where he is going to hit him next. Prasad uproots Sohail’s stumps off the next ball. Pakistan loses.

- India beats Pakistan to win first T20 World Cup

Pakistan needed 13 runs off the last over with one wicket in hand. Misbah hits second ball of the over for a six and tries to close the game with a risky scoop shot off the next ball–only to be caught Sreesanth

- Kiran More-Javed Miandad antics 1992

1992 World Cup, Sydney. Irritated with Indian wicket keeper More’s gestures, Miandad hits back with verbal volleys and his famous jumping antics. Umpire David Shepherd has to step in to ensure sanity prevailed. Pakistan lost the match

- India all out for 125, Pakistan bundled out for 87

Sharjah again. 1985 Rothmans Cup. India all out for 125, with Imran Khan taking 6-14. India bowlers (Kapil, Sivaramakrishan, Shastri, Madan Lal, Binny) hit back and Pakistan bowled out for 87. India wins by 38 runs
