Toddler filmed 'flying' with mum during pole dancing lockdown workout

As people around the world make the most of their lockdown home workouts, some are showcasing their more unusual fitness routines.

That includes Bradley, an 18-month-old toddler that joined his mother for a pole-dancing session.

The toddler enjoyed his chance to “fly” as he was filmed being picked up and lifted by his mother.

While pole-dancing might not seem like the best fitness plan for a toddler to take part in, his mother was happy to include him in her exercise routine.

Miranda Beatley posted the video to TikTok on March 26, during her pole dancing workout in Florida.

The video shows her gripping the pole with her legs as she extends backwards and uses her free arms to expertly pick up her son from the ground.

Bradley makes the most of the workout as he then enjoys a spin around the pole while nestled in his mother’s arms.

Miranda Beatley is no stranger to this form of exercise as she has worked as a pole dancer “off and on for three years.”

Miranda posted a comment alongside the video saying, “Despite the bad stigma about this form of dance, my son lives this ****.

“I always wear real clothes when dancing with him.”
