Bulldog fans can celebrate because it’s finally game week! There’s a bunch of Thursday night games this week, including Georgia Tech versus Clemson, and fans will be spared another Florida-Miami game. With three days until Georgia faces Vanderbilt, let’s look at a UGA legend who wore number three: Todd Gurley.
Gurley’s had an excellent NFL career and will continue to dominate if his pesky knee issues don’t slow him down. Gurley is supposed to be under more load management this upcoming season. The Rams will look to keep Gurley fresh for a postseason run, where they’ll try to return to the Super Bowl. Gurley and the Rams open in week one versus the Carolina Panthers in what will be a homecoming for the Tarboro, North Carolina native. Gurley hasn’t forgotten about his roots:
