A further 7,341 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Scotland – with the disease sadly claiming another 11 lives.
Data published by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland show there are 902 patients with Covid in Scottish hospitals, which is down two from yesterday.
There are currently 21 people being treated with the disease in ICUs across the nation.
The new fatalities within the last 24 hours mean the nation's death toll from the virus now stands at 10,496.
However, 13,075 deaths had been registered up to Sunday, February 6 where the disease was mentioned on the death certificate.
Meanwhile, there are 78 patients with Covid in Ayrshire hospitals – down three from yesterday – while fewer than five people are being treated with the illness in the region's intensive care units.
In terms of Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Shetland Islands has the highest rate in the country – at 1,626.6 as of Thursday, February 10.
Dundee City has the second-highest infection rate at 1,148.4 while Aberdeen City is third with 1,077.4.
In terms of Ayrshire's three local authorities, East Ayrshire has the highest rate of 681.7; South Ayrshire's rate stands at 594.8. while North Ayrshire's is 570.6.
Of the 361 positive cases reported in Ayrshire, 129 were in North Ayrshire with 126 in East Ayrshire and 105 in South Ayrshire.

A total of 4,425,282 people have received one dose of a Covid vaccine; 4,140,451 are double jabbed and 3,337,823 people have received a third dose/booster.
