A further 1,129 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Scotland – with 122 in Ayrshire.
New figures – covering the last 24 hours – have been published this afternoon as part of a daily update by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland.
One new death was recorded overnight, meaning Scotland's death toll from the virus is now 7,684.
There are currently 133 Covid patients in Scottish hospitals – down four from yesterday.
A total of 15 people are receiving treatment for the disease in intensive care nationally which is a decrease of two over the same time period.
In terms of Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Dundee City has the highest rate in the country — at 318.8 as of Tuesday, June 15.
South Ayrshire has the second-highest infection rate at 250.4 while City of Edinburgh is third with 200.8.
Of Ayrshire's remaining two local authorities, East Ayrshire has the highest rate of 147.5 compared to North Ayrshire's 137.3.
Of the 122 new cases of the virus recorded in Ayrshire, 47 were in South Ayrshire, 41 in North Ayrshire and 35 in East Ayrshire.

There remains 20 Covid patients in Ayrshire hospitals while fewer than five people are battling the disease in intensive care in the region.
The most up-to-date vaccine figures show a total of 3,551,739 people have received a first dose and 2,493,358 have received their second jab.
However, this excludes data from GP systems from Monday, June 14 which will be included in tomorrow's figures.
