There have been a further 370 Covid cases diagnosed in Scotland within the last 24 hours, official figures show.
Data has been published this afternoon by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland as part of the national COVID-19 daily briefing.
NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde has reported 169 of the new cases.
Meanwhile, there have been 65 in the NHS Lothian health board area and 38 from NHS Lanarkshire.
According to Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Glasgow City has the highest infection rate in the country – at 126.7 as of Friday, May 21.
The second-highest is East Renfrewshire which has a rate of 108.9 while Clackmannanshire (104.8) has the third-highest rate.
Locally, South Ayrshire's infection rate stands at 9.8 with East Ayrshire's at 23.8 and North Ayrshire's at 48.2.
Currently, 24 of Scotland's 32 council regions have an infection rate below the national average of 41.2.

No further deaths have been announced in the last 24 hours which means 7,664 people have passed away since March 2020.
However, data from the National Records of Scotland (NRS) shows 10,109 deaths had been registered up to Sunday, May 16 where the disease was mentioned on the death certificate.
Across the UK, the figure is 127,710 as of last night.
The number of newly-reported positive coronavirus cases recorded by NHS Ayrshire & Arran has increased by 17.
Of the new cases, eight were from East Ayrshire and eight were attributed to North Ayrshire. There was one new case in South Ayrshire.
Zero new cases were recorded in Argyll & Bute, Dumfries & Galloway, Inverclyde, Na h-Eileanan Siar, Orkney Islands and Shetland Islands.
A total of 3,096,341 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and 1,799,956 have received their second dose.
