A further 3,090 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Scotland in the last 24 hours – with the disease claiming another 19 lives.
Latest data shows there are 785 Covid patients in Scottish hospitals which is down one from yesterday. There are currently 64 people with the disease being treated in ICUs.
Meanwhile, there are 63 Covid patients in Ayrshire hospitals while fewer than five people are being treated for the illness in the region's intensive care units.
The new fatalities mean Scotland's death toll now stands at 9,467.
However, 11,933 deaths have been registered in Scotland where Covid-19 was mentioned on the death certificate up to Sunday, November 14.
In terms of Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Moray has the highest rate in the country – at 573.6 as of Thursday, November 18.
Falkirk has the second-highest infection rate at 554.9 while Angus is third with 536.2.
In terms of Ayrshire's three local authorities, East Ayrshire has the highest rate of 428.5. South Ayrshire's rate stands at 382.6 while North Ayrshire's is 307.6.
Of the 182 new cases reported in Ayrshire, 70 were in North Ayrshire with 61 in South Ayrshire and 51 in East Ayrshire.

A total of 4,335,881 people have received one dose of a Covid vaccine; 3,935,095 are double jabbed and 1,342,841 people have received a third dose/booster.
