Hi Strands fans. This one was quite tricky for me, until I got my first word on the board. I could see the word "game" which I rightly assumed was part of the spangram, but wasn't sure how the answers related to it yet.
Then I found CARDS in the top-right corner, and it clicked into place. This is a puzzle about the contents of a board game box.
I found DICE in the bottom-left corner, followed by TOKENS above it. I almost missed BOARDS on the right-hand side, as I tried it without the 'S' first (surely most games only come with a single board?).
In any case, that was enough for me to figure out how 'game' fit in the spangram. It was GAMENIGHT, spelt from top to bottom of the board.
There were three answers left to find, all isolated in their own sections. CHIPS was in the bottom-right corner with TILES above it. That just left SPINNERS in the top-left corner to complete the puzzle.

“Herpetology 101”

🔵🔵
Hi Strands fans. I'll level with you: I was not familiar with the word "herpetology" before beginning this puzzle, which is something of a disadvantage, given the word makes up the majority of the theme.
Fortunately, I found SNAKE right at the top of the board, and when I then located TURTLE in the bottom-left corner, it became obvious. This was about reptiles, and I duly found the spangram of COLDBLOODED starting next to SNAKE and finishing next to TURTLE.
Now I just needed to think of more cold-blooded creatures, starting with BULLFROG which was in the gap between my two existing answers, completing the left-hand side.
Two words were left to find on the right-hand side. CROCODILE was at the bottom of the board, which just left CHAMELEON above it to complete the puzzle.
