Today's Coronavirus figures for Northern Ireland broken down by council area

Coronavirus related deaths in Northern Ireland have risen to 537 according to latest figures with the most recent loss that of a resident in the Ards and North down area.

With regards to new cases, three individuals have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.

Saturday's Department of Health report indicates the latest death was recorded in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon.

A total of 315 fatalities have been recorded in hospitals here, 186 in residential/care homes, 21 in the community and a further 15 not recorded, today's DoH report states.

An additional 665 samples were taken from National Testing Centres across the country.

At present there are 10 people in ICU in Northern Ireland with confirmed or suspected Covid-19.

Breakdown of individuals with a Laboratory Completed Test by LGA:

A total of 52 patients remain in hospitals here with confirmed Covid-19, while a further 399 inpatients are being treated for suspected Coronavirus.

In care homes there have been a total of 17 acute respiratory outbreaks, 61 confimred as Covid-19 and a further 32 suspected as Covid-19.

The Department of Health states that there have been 77 closed cases.

This is assumed where the home has not uncovered a new case for 14 days afte the symptom onset of the most recent case.

To date Northern Ireland has 4,790 reported cases of coronavirus.
