Toby Carvery customers urged to use loyalty points before reward scheme changes

Toby Carvery is a favourite when it  comes to Sunday dinner.

The restaurant is a popular hot spot for roasts, and customers who visit regularly can benefit with the chain's rewards scheme.

Currently, app users can earn one stamp every time they order a main meal, up to a maximum of one stamp per day, per app.

Once they've collected five loyalty points they get a free dessert, and once they've collected ten they get a voucher for a free roast, both of which need to be used within 28 days.

However, all of that is about to change, as Toby Carvery has announced they are replacing their current reward scheme with another, reports Birmingham Live.

The switch will happen on March 2, but after this date any unclaimed stamps and rewards will be deleted.

So customers need to use their loyalty points before then to avoid losing them.

Toby Carvery is notifying loyal users with a pop-up when they open its app, according to The Sun.

While Toby Carvery are yet to announce what the change entails, they have told fans to keep an eye out for more details.

A Toby Carvery spokesperson said: "Our current reward scheme will soon be coming to an end, with guests able to redeem their stamps until March 2, 2020.

"This will be followed by the launch of a new exciting scheme to reward our loyal guests and fans.

"Do keep an eye out for more details in the future!"
