Toblerone cheesecake recipe with less than 250 calories per slice

Here is a low calorie Toblerone cheesecake recipe, perfect for those who have a sweet tooth but are on a diet.

This is great so those chocolate lovers don't fall off the wagon.

Courtney Davis, Fitness Blogger @fitnessandflavour_ on Instagram has shared her recipe so people can still have a treat when sticking to a healthy eating plan.

This recipe works out at just 243 calories per slice - this is the ingredients list to make 10 portions.

Ingredients
500g Fage 0% fat yoghurt
150g light cream cheese
70g light butter
10 light digestive biscuits
2 Options hot chocolate sachets
150g Toblerone
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract


Method
1.Add the biscuits to a sandwich bag and crush, once crushed melt the butter and mix together until combined.
2.Press into the base of a springform tin and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3.Mix together the yoghurt, cheese, hot chocolate powder, vanilla and almond extract and then chop 50g of the Toblerone into small pieces and mix into the filling.
4.Once your base has set, add the filling on top and then allow to set overnight.
5.Top with the remaining toblerone.
