Does TOAST have free delivery?
Yes! You’ll get free standard delivery at TOAST on every order over £150, which would otherwise cost £3. Standard delivery will take 3-4 working days to arrive on your doorstep.
Can I get a TOAST NHS discount?
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that TOAST currently offers an NHS discount. NHS workers can still save by using one of our tried & tested TOAST discount codes, which are updated regularly on this page.
What is TOAST Repair?
At TOAST, they have a handy repair service, which means you can get your clothing items repaired free of charge. Simply head into your closest TOAST store to make the most of this service.
What is the TOAST returns policy?
At TOAST, they have a 28-day returns policy in case you change your mind. In the UK, you can make your returns free of charge. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition for you to receive a full refund.

TOAST Reworn: Take advantage of the TOAST Reworn program, where you can save money by purchasing previously-loved items. Instead of buying brand new clothing, Toast Reworn means you can shop old collections which might no longer be available.
TOAST Exchange: Exchange as many as five clothing items at TOAST with their TOAST Exchange scheme. All you need to do is take your garments to your closest store in exchange for a token. You can then use this token to shop their range of items that have been donated by others.
TOAST Repair: Enjoy your clothing for years to come with the TOAST Repair scheme. You'll be able to have your most worn items repaired free of charge so you don't have to part with them too soon.

How to use your TOAST discount code:
