If your feathers are ruffled over not scoring a ticket to February's sold-out WingFest, you're in luck: For the first time, organizers of the massive chicken-wing tasting party are throwing Summer WingFest, complete with an outdoor area to pack in even more food, drinks and ticket holders. Restaurants offering up their wings include The Fifty/50, The Butcher's Tap, Mahoney's Pub Grille and Reggie's; you'll also find live blues music, a street market and -- never fear -- plenty of beer.
