Everybody loves a bargain, but it’s even more sweeter when you find out just how much you have saved, especially on a designer item.
One savvy shopper was so stunned to discover the true price of a £12 watch she bought at popular discount retailer, TK Maxx, that she took to social media to share her incredible luck.
Ashley Robertson posted her impressive find on Facebook, showing the rose gold coloured accessory with a yellow sticker attached to it.
The Juicy Couture watch originally cost £235 on SecretSales.co.uk but is currently reduced to £141, so based on the original price, it means Ashley saved a whopping £223 at TK Maxx.
Manchester Evening News also spotted the same design selling for a slightly cheaper reduced price of £79 on the Twenty Six Fashion website.
TK Maxx is known for selling designer brands for discounted prices but it can be a bit hit-and-miss as to what you find in stores and on the website.
Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, Ashley wrote: “Best bargain ever today at Tk Maxx! Absolutely gorgeous.”
She was soon congratulated by fellow bargain hunters who praised her for the cheap find.
One person replied: “This is lush. I never think to look at the watches when we are in.”
While another responded: “This is brilliant! I can never find anything in TK Maxx...X”
