A thrifty shopper has revealed how she was left stunned - after discovering the real price tag of a £12 watch she bought in TK Maxx.
The retailer, which has a branch in Taunton, is known for selling designer brands at discounted prices but it can be pot luck as to what bargains can be found in stores and on the website.
Lucky customer Ashley Robertson posted her impressive find on Facebook, showing the rose gold coloured accessory with a yellow sticker attached to it.
The Juicy Couture watch originally cost £235 on SecretSales.co.uk but is currently reduced to £141, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Based on the original price, it means Ms Robertson saved a whopping £223 at TK Maxx.
The same design was also spotted selling for a slightly cheaper reduced price of £79 on the Twenty Six Fashion website.
The best bargains often go quick and can sometimes be limited stock - especially in the chain's final clearance sale.
Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group, Ms Robertson said: “Best bargain ever today at Tk Maxx! Absolutely gorgeous.”
She was soon congratulated by fellow bargain hunters who praised her for the cheap find.
One person said: “This is lush. I never think to look at the watches when we are in.”
