Titans WR Tajae Sharpe to release mixtape in late March

The wide receiver position has been a subject in Tennessee Titans news as of late, but never quite like this.

According to a recent article from ESPN’s Turron Davenport, Titans wideout Tajae Sharpe has another hobby off-the-field that seems appropriate for one who resides in a place called Music City.

Aside from catching passes, Sharpe also spends time creating hip-hop music.

Sharpe is a part of a group called GMR, which is short for Get Money Regardless, and it has a mixtape scheduled to be released on March 29.

“I want to take it to the top just like I am working to do in football,” Sharpe said. “It’s a hobby that I picked up and fell in love with. Anything that I do, I want to be the best that I can be. I want to put it out there for the fans. I think I have something that people want to hear!”

The project will hardly be Sharpe’s first, as he’s apparently been hard at work in the music industry, already having released two videos titled “Julius Erving” and “Blackin’ Out.”

The new mixtape, which will be titled “First Quarter” will feature at least two videos as well.
