The Tennessee Titans are considered heavy road favorites over the New York Jets for their Week 4 contest at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, which, as Titans fans know, can lead to disappointment.
That’s because the Titans have been susceptible to having letdown games in contests they’re expected to win. We’ve seen it the last two seasons, and nearly once again in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Adding to the trap game narrative is the fact that the Titans are dealing with several injuries, as wide receivers A.J. Brown and Julio Jones, and outside linebacker Bud Dupree are among six who have been ruled out.
Putting that aside for now, it’s easy to see why the Titans are favored.
Not only do they sport a better record and team overall, but the Jets are also struggling mightily on offense and are dealing with injury woes on the defensive side of the ball.
The experts and Las Vegas see the Titans winning this game, but does our staff agree? Find out now.
