Titans vs. Colts: The Zebras Report for Week 13 game

The Tennessee Titans are set to face the Indianapolis Colts in an AFC South matchup on Sunday afternoon.

A win for the Titans would all but eliminate any realistic chance of landing a top-five pick, but it could start to make things interesting going forward, considering they’ll only be two games under .500 at that point.

Referee Craig Wrolstad and his staff will be in charge of keeping Sunday’s game under control.

Wrolstad is a 21-year veteran who has been a white cap (crew chief) for the last 10 seasons. This will be Wrolstad’s second time officiating a Titans game this season, with the first coming back in Week 3 against the Browns.

According to the NFLPenalties.com, Wrolstad and Co. are one of the most lenient officiating crews in the league. His crew ranks in the bottom five in number of flags thrown (142, fifth-fewest), penalties accepted (111, fourth-fewest) and penalty yardage (986, fourth-fewest).

Listed below are the top-five penalties that Wrolstad and his staff have called the most through the first 12 weeks, as well as the five that have been called the least.

In addition, we’ve also included splits for the number of penalties called on the home and away teams in the games Wrolstead’s staff has worked.
