Titans’ team statistical rankings heading into bye week

Following an underwhelming 2-4 start to their season, the Tennessee Titans officially have some time off to reflect and reevaluate where things currently stand as they head into the bye in Week 7.

Ideally, from a health standpoint, teams would rather have a bye week come later in the year. That way players’ bodies can get a break from all the hits before the final stretch run of the season.

However, with the way Tennessee is unraveling, you could argue that the bye week came at the perfect time for this particular team. To be perfectly honest, the Titans are a mess.

The Titans’ starting quarterback is dealing with an ankle injury once again and could miss time, the offensive line continues to struggle, and the wide receivers room is a mixture of DeAndre Hopkins and average-at-best pass-catchers.

Even the defense, which had high expectations coming into the season, has been average, at best.

Unsurprisingly, the Titans’ team rankings range somewhere between the middle of the pack to worse in several categories. Let’s take a closer look at where Tennessee sits in every major statistical category entering the bye.
