Titans sign OL Hroniss Grasu, release WR Darius Jennings

The Tennessee Titans are bringing back offensive lineman Hroniss Grasu.

The move comes at a time when center Ben Jones is in concussion protocol, and offensive guard Rodger Saffold is practicing in limited capacity.

In last week’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, lineman Jamil Douglas filled in for Jones at center for one play.

Grasu originally joined the Titans’ active roster back in in September after he was released at the end of training camp. He was released a second time earlier in October.

To make room on the active roster for Grasu, the Titans also released wide receiver and punt returner Darius Jennings on Thursday morning.

The Titans will face the Carolina Panthers next at noon CT on Sunday in Bank of America Stadium.
