Titans RB Derrick Henry nominated for FedEx Ground Player of the Week

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is one of the team’s most valuable players, and his recent performances have highlighted that.

This week, the NFL announced that Henry was a finalist for this week’s FedEx Ground Player of the Week award for his big game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the team’s 42-20 win.

Henry recorded 19 rushing attepts rushed for 159 yards, averaging 8.37 yards per carry.

This serves as Henry’s second nomination of the season and he has won the award once before in Week 10.

Voting closes today at 3 p.m. ET due to the holiday.

Henry and the Titans will face the Indianapolis Colts at noon CT on Sunday in Lucas Oil Stadium.
