Titans QB Marcus Mariota will be a full participant in practice Tuesday

There was cause for concern after the Tennessee Titans said quarterback Marcus Mariota wouldn’t have been able to practice Monday.

He was listed as having a quad injury at the day of the walkthrough. Linebacker Daren Bates (groin), cornerback Malcolm Butler (hip), running back David Fluellen (hamstring), cornerback Chris Milton (collarbone), offensive lineman Kevin Pamphile (knee) and linebacker Wesley Woodyard (quad) were also considered players who would not have taken the practice field.

But as of Tuesday, things are looking more optimistic for the quarterback’s status.

Mariota is set to be a full participant in the day’s practice, according to coach Mike Vrabel.

The Titans and Jaguars are set to kick off at 7:20 p.m. CT on Thursday at TIAA Bank Field.
