Ahead of their second meeting of the 2021 campaign, the Tennessee Titans (5-2) are listed as road favorites over the Indianapolis Colts (3-4) going into Week 8.
According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Titans are 1.5-point favorites over the Colts, with the over/under set at 49.5. The spread is the tightest of any Week 8 contest.
The Titans come into this game with a ton of momentum after beating the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs in back-to-back weeks. Tennessee was particularly dominant against KC, holding Patrick Mahomes and Co. to just three points in a 27-3 victory at Nissan Stadium on Sunday.
Despite adverse weather conditions in the Bay Area, the Colts were able to notch a 30-18 win over the San Francisco 49ers on “Sunday Night Football,” keeping pace with the first-place Titans.
Tennessee emerged victorious over Indianapolis back in Week 3, 25-16. Another win for the Titans would give them a stranglehold on the AFC South, as they’d own the head-to-head tie-breaker over the Colts.
The Titans and Colts are both 5-2 against the spread thus far and have hit the over in four of seven games. Tennessee covered the 5.5-point spread in Week 3, but both teams failed to hit the over at 47.5.
Tennessee and Indianapolis will meet at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday, with kickoff set for noon CT.
