Titans open as home underdogs to Ravens for wild-card game

The Tennessee Titans have opened the week as home underdogs to the Baltimore Ravens ahead of the pair’s matchup in Nashville on wild-card weekend.

According to BetMGM, the visiting Ravens are four-point favorites over the Titans, with the over/under set at 54.5, the highest of any game this weekend.

Spread: Ravens -4

Over/Under: 54.5

Money Line: -185/+155

Tennessee and Baltimore have already met once this season in Week 11, with the former emerging victorious on the road and in overtime, 30-24.

These two teams also met in the Divisional Round of the playoffs last season, and the Titans got the better of that matchup, pulling off an upset victory on the road over the heavily-favored Ravens.

The biggest injury we’re keeping an eye on for the Titans is with left guard Rodger Saffold (ankle), who reportedly could be a game-time decision after exiting the team’s Week 17 victory early.

On Monday, head coach John Harbaugh revealed that the Ravens could get back both defensive end Yannick Ngakoue, who missed Week 17, and cornerback Jimmy Smith, who has missed the last three games.

Getting both of those players back would be a big boost for a Ravens defense that will be tasked with stopping the Titans’ elite offense. Unfortunately for Tennessee, there is no help coming for its putrid defense in an equally tough matchup against Baltimore’s top-notch offense.
