Titans’ odds of making the postseason in 2019 are not very high

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but the Tennessee Titans’ chances of making a postseason run this year aren’t high.

Once again, the Titans enter another season with the odds stacked against them, but that’s nothing new.

Bleacher Report recently released the latest set of  NFL Playoffs odds for each team, via Caesars.

The Titans’ odds were listed at +280, with the Carolina Panthers just ahead of them and the New York Jets trailing right behind the team. These chances also gave Tennessee the worst odds in the AFC South division.

Not to much of anyone’s surprise, the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams’ chances were most favorable.

The network is counting out the Miami Dolphins more than any other team, placing them last on the list.

Here’s a complete look at how the odds stand around the NFL.

The Titans have talked all offseason about going from “good to great,” and if they can put those words into action on the field and make clinch a playoff berth, they’ll finally be able to silence the doubters and enter 2020 much higher in projections like these.

General manager Jon Robinson seems to have put all the right pieces in place for a championship team between free agency and the 2019 NFL Draft.

Now, it’s up to the players and the coaching staff to put it all together when the season opens this fall.
