The Tennessee Titans made a number of roster moves yesterday, including moving up defensive lineman Jurrell Casey from the PUP list to the active roster.
Casey has spent a lot of time this offseason rehabbing an injury, and his return is sure to bring a major boost to Dean Pees’ defense.
The team also added running back Akeem Hunt, defensive end Eric Cotton, wide receiver DeAngelo Yancey and linebacker Ukeme Eligwe.
The Titans placed rookie D’Andre Walker to injured reserve and waived injured linebacker Riley Bullough, wide receiver Jalen Tolliver and offensive lineman Cody Conway — who is also recovering from injury.
The Titans play their next matchup against the New England Patriots on Aug. 17 in Nissan Stadium.
