Titans make roster moves, agree to terms with former Vanderbilt LB Joshua Smith

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with Vanderbilt linebacker Joshua Smith.

With the move, Smith joins former Commodores defensive back LaDarius Wiley to become the second Vanderbilt alum on Tennessee’s roster.

In order to clear a place on the roster, the team waived linebacker James Folston, who had just been signed earlier in the week.

The 6-foot-4, 240-pounder recorded 92 tackles, 14 for loss, with six sacks, four passes defensed and one forced fumble over a four-year college career.

The Titans are set to take on the New England Patriots at 6:00 p.m. CT on Saturday in Nissan Stadium.
