Titans make roster moves, add kicker Cody Parkey

The Tennessee Titans continued to do some shuffling within the roster on Tuesday afternoon.

As previously reported by NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport, the team signed former Chicago Bears kicker Cody Parkey just a day after releasing Cairo Santos.

Parkey missed seven field goals and three extra points in 2018, finishing the season with the third-worst field goal percentage in the league.

Starter Ryan Succop will not be eligible to return to action until after Week 8.

The team also added running backs Rod Smith and Dalyn Dawkins, while parting ways with offensive lineman Hroniss Grasu.

Grasu isn’t the only offensive lineman the Titans have waived, as the team let David Quessenberry go on Monday.

Quessenberry, who was inactive on Sunday, was re-signed to the Titans practice squad. Offensive lineman Daniel Munyer was signed to the practice squad as well, while wide receiver Papi White was waived.

The Titans face the Denver Broncos next in Mile High Stadium at 3:25 p.m. CT on Sunday.
