The Tennessee Titans have added kicker Ryan Succop back to the active roster a day ahead of this week’s meeting with the Carolina Panthers.
With the move, the team waived former Chicago Bears kicker Cody Parkey to clear up room for Succop.
Parkey appeared in Tennessee’s latest three games after he was acquired to replace Cairo Santos, who saw action in the first five games of 2019 before being waived.
Succop was placed on Injured Reserve ahead of the first week of the season with a knee injury, and was on the Titans’ Physically Unable to Perform list up until the last two weeks of the preseason.
The Titans also added defensive back Joshua Kalu to the 53-man roster on Saturday.
Kalu was listed as Designated to Return during this week after being placed on Injured Reserve in September.
The Titans and Panthers are set to kick off at noon CT on Sunday in Bank of America Stadium.
