Titans LT Taylor Lewan, CB Tramaine Brock among highest-graded players vs. Patriots

The Titans were largely counted out as they took on the historically dominant New England Patriots last week.

But it was Tennessee that advanced to the next round of the postseason, coming out with the 20-13 win in Gillette Stadium.

A couple of players in particular stood out when Pro Football Focus released their overall grades for each player from the contest.

Left tackle Taylor Lewan was Pro Football Focus’ highest-graded player on the Tennessee offense (87.0).

On his sixth season with the team, Lewan has played in and started 12 games on the 2019 season. He started the year with a reputation of causing the team costly penalties, but has delivered strong performances as of late, which was clearly shown against New England.

Cornerback Tramaine Brock was the network’s highest-graded player on the defensive side of the ball (79.3).

Brock finished the game with finished the game with four tackles — all of which were solo.

The cornerback joined the Titans on Dec. 3, 2019 after being waived by the Arizona Cardinals.

He’s played four games for Tennessee, totaling 13 tackles and two passes defensed.

Now on his 10th NFL season, the veteran totals 262 tackles, 11 interceptions, 55 passes defensed, three forced fumbles and one interception.

The Titans will face the Ravens next on Saturday at 7:15 p.m. CST in M&T Bank Stadium.
