Titans’ Julio Jones, Ryan Tannehill a full go at Monday’s practice

The Tennessee Titans were back on the practice field on Monday as they continue to prepare for their regular-season opener against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Sept. 12.

And spotted at that practice was wide receiver Julio Jones and quarterback Ryan Tannehill, both of whom were a full go. The session did not feature pads.

This is Tannehill’s first practice since coming off the Reserve/COVID 19 list on Saturday. Jones has been limited at practice for much of the offseason after suffering a minor injury on Aug. 2, but has been ramping up his participation the last few practices.

Thankfully for the Titans, both players look to be just fine and on track to play in the Week 1 contest versus the Cardinals.

The most notable name not practicing was linebacker David Long. It isn’t clear as to the reason why he was absent.

As of right now, the only thing resembling a concern among Tennessee’s key players for Week 1 is with right guard Nate Davis and center Ben Jones, both of whom are on the COVID-19 list.

However, head coach Mike Vrabel noted on Monday morning that both are expected to be activated at some point this week and in time for Week 1.
