Titans head coach Mike Vrabel willing to go to great lengths to achieve a Super Bowl

The Tennessee Titans are gearing up for some major improvements in 2019, in an effort to go from “good to great.”

The team has made a number of important offseason moves to ensure this, and promoted former tight ends coach Arthur Smith to offensive coordinator in order to continue to build upon a growing offense.

All of these efforts have been made in attempt to transform the Titans from an average team that has finished with a 9-7 overall record for the past three seasons, to a team that can contend in the postseason.

But just how far is Tennessee and its head coach, Mike Vrabel, willing to go to make it to a Super Bowl, and win?

Probably much farther than you’d think.

Vrabel recently joined left tackle Taylor Lewan and free agent Will Compton on the “Bussin’ With the Boys” podcast, in which both players asked him if he would cut off his genitals in exchange for a Titans Super Bowl.

Surprisingly enough, he didn’t hesitate.

“Been married 20 years,” he said. “Yeah, probably.”

He also had an idea of how his wife would react.

“She’d be like, ‘Do you want me to do it? Do you want to do it now?’” he said.

Titans fans will certainly hope it takes much less than a drastic measure like this one for the Titans to make it to the big game soon.
