Titans have ‘had lots of communication’ with Oregon OL Dallas Warmack

Could the brother of former Tennessee Titans and current Seattle Seahawks offensive guard Chance Warmack be coming to Nashville?

It’s certainly a possibility that’s not off the table, given the Titans’ need to further solidify the offensive line as they prepare for the 2020 season.

You can add that to the fact that Dallas Warmack, the former Oregon Ducks offensive lineman, has already “had lots of communication” with the Titans, according to Justin Melo of Draft Wire.

The Titans aren’t the only team showing interest in Warmack, as he’s also had a pre-draft FaceTime meeting with the Los Angeles Chargers, and met the offensive line coach of the Chicago Bears ahead of his Pro Day.

After initially going to Alabama, Warmack transferred to Oregon and started at right guard during his two seasons there, playing in 26 games in total. He should be available on Day 3 of the draft, although guard isn’t a big need for the Titans right now.

Several mocks have pegged offensive tackles to the Titans in the first round, like Houston’s Josh Jones, Boise State’s Ezra Cleveland and Andrew Thomas of Georgia.

Others have also predicted the Titans may not address the offensive line at all in the first round, opting to pick up an edge rusher or cornerback to kick things off instead later this month.
