The game hasn’t even started yet and things between the Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans are already getting heated. After being introduced to a sea of boos from the home crowd, the Titans all ran from the tunnel to Baltimore’s midfield logo.
There’s really no other way to interpret that message except as a sign of disrespect right before kickoff. And you better believe the Ravens took notice.
In front of a very hostile crowd and going against the league’s hottest team tonight, it’s a very bold move for Tennessee. It could quickly backfire if Baltimore can either march down the field for a score on the opening drive or forces a three-and-out from the Titans. The crowd will only use that sign of disrespect as extra motivation to get even louder with early positive results.
