After recording a 27-17 road win over the Indianapolis Colts last week, the Chicago Bears enter Thursday night’s contest looking to continue their successful ways.
The Bears have plenty to look at in the last preseason game before making roster cuts in the near future.
Here are three Bears to keep an eye on just ahead of the regular season.
1. OG Alex Bars

Thursday is the last week of the preseason that the undrafted rookie has to make the team as a swing tackle. Bars has left some good impressions on the team, including opening up a lane for a 69-yard touchdown run.
Expect Bars to be at his best this evening.
2. K Eddy Pineiro

Pineiro’s long-term future with the Bears remains uncertain, but he looks to be a lock for the final 53-man roster. He had a solid performance against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday, making both of his attempts.
One of those was 58-yarder, so the Bears will be looking for him to consistently deliver at a high level.
3. RB Ryan Nall

There’s a heated battle going on at Chicago’s fourth running back spot, and Nall is heavily in the mix.
Rookie rusher Kerrith Whyte has been his main competition, and does have the edge looking at speed and skill set. Nall has been the more consistent player, though, and if he can do that again tonight then he may be the play who ends up with the roster spot.
