Nick Underhill of The Athletic has reported the Titans are on the Patriots preseason schedule this year.
The game is set to be played in Nissan Stadium, and will be the Patriots’ only other away game in addition to the upcoming contest against the New York Jets.
Per the report, the Patriots will take on the New York Giants and Carolina Panthers on their home turf.
It will be roughly two weeks until the NFL releases the official schedule, but reports like these can serve as an early glimpse in the meantime.
Even though the preseason matchup between the Titans and Patriots won’t necessarily count for anything, it will be interesting to see if Tennessee can be as dominant as they were when they dominated New England to a 34-10 victory last year.
