Titans announce release of right guard Josh Kline

The Tennessee Titans have parted ways with right guard Josh Kline.

Kline, who has started every game for the past two seasons, was officially informed of his released on Friday morning.

Kline has started 46 games over the past three seasons, originally joining the Titans in 2016.

Before coming to Tennessee, Kline spent three seasons with the New England Patriots. The Titans picked him up off waivers in September 2016.

It’s clear that general manager Jon Robinson is serious about making improvements to the offensive line, with the decision not only to let Kline go, but with the addition of an impact player like Rodger Saffold and the re-signing of offensive tackle Kevin Pamphile.

It will be interesting to see what other moves Robinson makes as he continues to make tweaks to the unit.
