Titans’ Adoree’ Jackson is top 10 in forced incompletions since 2017

The Tennessee Titans had solid performances from a number of players who stepped up as the team righted the ship to turn a 2-4 start to an AFC Championship Game run in 2019.

One player who was a big part of the defense’s success was cornerback Adoree’ Jackson.

Jackson was recognized by Pro Football Focus this week for his 43 forced incompletions since he was selected by the Titans in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

That’s good for the seventh-most among all of the NFL’s cornerbacks.

In 2019, Jackson recorded 70 tackles, 61 of which were solo, three forced fumbles and 17 passes defensed.

Heading into his fourth season with the Titans, the corner totals 188 tackles — 167 solo — along with three forced fumbles, two interceptions and 33 passes defensed.

The Titans will look for continued success from Jackson in a defense with a new secondary coach in Anthony Midget and no defensive coordinator following Dean Pees’ departure.
