Titans add former LSU DL Frank Herron

The Tennessee Titans aren’t done bolstering the defense ahead of the 2019 season just yet.

On Wednesday, it was announced the team had agreed to terms with former LSU defensive lineman Frank Herron.

The 6-foot-4, 312-pounder originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the Patriots last May, and spent last year between the practice squads of the Seahawks and Patriots.

Herron was still with New England’s practice squad when the team took home the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LIII.

On his college career, Herron recorded 67 tackles, two sacks, three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery over four years.

The Titans also waived defensive lineman Dee Liner on Tuesday.
