Titans’ A.J. Brown reacts to being selected to first Pro Bowl

It was revealed on Monday night that Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown had been selected to his first Pro Bowl one season after he was a notable snub.

Brown was one of two Titans to make the cut, with running back Derrick Henry, who finished third overall in fan voting, being the other.

After posting an outstanding rookie campaign with 1,051 receiving yards and nine total touchdowns, Brown has a chance to top that this season even though he’s missed two games.

The Ole Miss product currently sits with 881 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns (11 total), the latter of which is a new career-high.

On Tuesday, Brown took to Twitter to share his reaction to the news, which included a reminder that several teams passed on him during the 2019 NFL draft, which enabled the Titans to take him in the second round:

Brown, who was an absolute steal in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft, was just one of several great selections by general manager Jon Robinson last year. Plenty of teams likely regret passing on him.

Brown will look to continue his approach to another 1,000-yard season when the Titans head to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers in Week 16.
