The metaverse allows visitors to a new London exhibition to experience one of the most famous stories of the Titanic in VR — survivors reported that the orchestra continued to play, even as the ship was sinking.
At Legend of the Titanic, visitors immerse themselves in a 360-degree projection to witness key moments of the fateful journey, including the moment the ship hit an iceberg.
It took more than 10 months with 55 animators working on the project with cutting-edge technology to immerse visitors in every element of the Titanic.
Legend of the Titanic opens on Friday, 25 July at Dock X in Canada Water, south London.
