Tipping Point moves to a later time amid ITV schedule shakeup

Tipping Point will air at a later time this week, as part of a listings shakeup that will also see The Chase moved.

A four-day weekend has been formed thanks to the late spring bank holiday being moved to Thursday, June 2, while a new Jubilee bank holiday will take place on Friday, June 3. The long weekend will be host to a selection of celebrations across the UK in recognition of the Queen's 70th anniversary as the head of the British monarchy.

Bank holidays usually see channels show more films and programmes that are more family-orientated. This means some existing programmes will be moved or cancelled.

For ITV, this means a number of daytime quiz shows will air at unusual times. On Thursday (June 2) Tipping Point will air at 4.35pm, because of an earlier film showing which will see Tenable pushed back to a later time.

On Friday (June 3), Tipping Point: Best Ever Finals will air for 30 minutes at 5pm. As usual Tipping Point will be followed on both days by The Chase, which will air at 5.35pm and 5.30pm respectively.

Tipping Point will return to its usual airtime of 4pm on ITV and the ITV Hub from Monday (June 6).
