Tiny flat 'the size of a snooker table' now available to rent in London - but from inside it looks pretty good

A flat only just larger than a full sized snooker table is now available for rent in a prime London location for £400 a week.

The tiny dwelling is on the 10th floor of a ported art deco building in London's Knightsbridge.

At about 90 sqft the exclusive flat is little larger than a full sized snooker table. It was described as such by the BBC when it went on sale in 2012, and by the Daily Mail.

The interior of the flat has been designed by Portuguese achitect Caiano Morgado

But while it might seem like a bit of a squeeze, the space has been transformed by Portuguese architect and 'space-saving guru' Caiano Morgado.

It took two years to convert, but is now “literally defying the space limitations”, Hunters, the estate agent responsible for marketing, said.

The sitting room can be converted into a bedroom

It contains a kitchen, a shower room (described as luxurious), and a living room that converts into a bedroom.

It also has a 'penthouse' view, overlooking the Harrods department store.
