The Daily Record reports how at 20.64 square metres in size, someone living at the flat might even struggle to fit in a single bed.
The floor plan is described as 'generously proportioned' and the home has a bathroom near the entrance of the flat, housing a shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a small kitchen opposite the front door which has an oven, sink and cupboards.
It would appear that the current owner of the flat avoids worrying about space for both a double bed and living room by pulling out a sofa bed and folding it away each morning.

Despite its almost £100,000 price tag, the home does benefit from being in the heart of Edinburgh and comes with on-street parking.
