A beach hut that can only be used during the day is being sold for the same price of a small house in England.
The cute little hut is right on the beach in one of the most sought-after locations near Somerset and is currently on sale for £45,000 - the same price as a house in other parts of the country.
Located on the beach at Lyme Regis, one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Dorset coast, it is 10ft x 8ft and is complete with electricity, a cooker, light, seating, storage and a ladder.
The shed has all it needs for one to comfortably spend the whole day in it, but there is one rule of thumb that mustn't be broken - you cannot stay overnight, SomersetLive reports.

Selling agents Fortnam, Smith and Banwell describe the property on Rightmove as "a rare opportunity to own a beach hut on the popular Monmouth beach in Lyme Regis.
"This ten foot by eight foot day hut has been very well maintained by previous owners with excellent fold down decking and superb sea views."
The new owner will also have to pay the local council nearly £600 a year for ground rent with the hut also available to rent out for around £45 a day.
Many of the beach huts in Lyme Regis are personalised. People decorate them in their own zany colour schemes, some have bunting outside, some are painted pink on the outside and the buyer will be able to add their own finishing touch to the hut.
It comes after a beach hut went on sale for a whopping £325,000 but prospective buyers were warned it doesn't come with a sea view.
Instead the 16ft by 10ft wooden cabin on the exclusive Mudeford Spit in Christchurch, Dorset, has a front aspect that points inland with a view over a lagoon.
The hut, which costs the same as a five-bedroom house in some parts of the UK, is expected to be snapped up with a surge in demand for staycations after lockdown.
