Tindle buys more newspapers

Ray Tindle has acquired four free newspapers in East Devon from their founder Philip Evans, a former Tindle Newspapers employee. The View From series cover the towns of Axminster, Seaton, Honiton and Crewkerne. They will be grouped with the Tindle-owned Pulman's Weekly News in Axminster.

Evans will continue to publish other View From titles in Lyme Regis, Bridport, Beaminster, Dorchester, Chard, Ilminster and the Blackdown Hills. Tindle bought three South Essex weeklies last September. (Via holdthefrontpage)
