Simon Leviev exes now- Tindler Swindler conman lookalike lover, debt and Netflix fame

The Tinder Swindler dropped on Netflix last night - leaving viewers gobsmacked to learn of conman Shimon Hayut AKA Simon Leviev's antics.

The documentary shares how Simon dubbed himself the 'Prince of Diamonds' in order to meet women on the dating app Tinder.

The 31-year-old posed as the son of billionaire Russian-Israeli diamond mogul, Lev Leviev, who had a net worth of $1.5billion.

He would hook potential love matches in by taking them on private jet trips, inviting them to top restaurants and presenting them with high-value gifts.

But it was all a con and the film reveals how Simon is an Israeli fraudster and used the women he was dating to fund his flashy lifestyle.

To get the women to hand over large sums of cash, the conman would claim that threats had been made against his life and that he was going to die unless the women he was seeing gave him money.

This led to his victims being left in thousands of pounds of debt.

Hayut was sentenced to 15 months in prison and ordered to pay $43,289 in compensation in December 2019 but was released after serving five months behind bars.

Three of Simon's victims who were swindled by him appear in the Netflix documentary - Cecilie Fjellhoy, Pernilla Sjöholm and Ayleen Charlotte, but where are they now?

Cecilie Fjellhoy

Norway native Cecilie Fjellhoy shared her experience with Simon on the documentary.

The blonde beauty, who lives in London, is still paying back the staggering debts as a result of being swept up in the con.

Not only was she devastated by Simon's lies, but she was also left heartbroken as she fell in love with the man she saw a future with.

After being targeted by Simon she has launched the action: reaction foundation.

According to Cecilie's LinkedIn, the organisation supports people who have been frauded and aims to create change in legislation to help fraud victims.

Pernilla Sjöholm

Pernilla Sjöholm, who hails from Sweden, connected with Simon on Tinder but after their first meeting realised they had no spark.

She decided to begin a friendship with Simon and enjoyed several trip and nights out with him.

Before long, he sold her the same story as Cecilie and asked her to help fund him as he tried to escape his enemies.

Pernilla played a huge role in uncovering Simon's conman ways and even met him after finding out the truth to try and expose him for a newspaper article.

Since the Netflix project started, Pernilla and Cecilie have become close friends.

They even holiday together and Pernilla has shared galleries of snaps of them soaking up the sun in Greece after the trauma of being conned by Simon bonded the women.

Pernilla has also flown to London to take in the city with her new best friend Cecilie.

The bombshell seems to be enjoying her newfound fame from starring in a Netflix show and has been flooding her Instagram Stories and grid with photos from the press launch as well as showcasing a gift basket given to her by the streaming giant.

Ayleen Charlotte

Ayleen Charlotte also took part in The Tinder Swindler documentary and was the closest of the women to get some sort of revenge on Simon.

The brunette, who lives in Amsterdam, works in the luxury fashion industry and lost $140,000 due to believing Simon's lies.

She found out about his conman ways when an article went online about Cecilie and Pernilla's experiences with Simon.

Ayleen pretended to Simon that she did not believe the story and went to meet him - with a plan in mind.

She told him that she could sell his hoards of designer wares - including items from Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana - online to raise funds.

Ayleen picked up cases of Simon's flashy items and took them home and successfully began flogging the clothes on auction sites.

In a clever twist, she kept the proceeds for herself - infuriating Simon in the process.

Ayleen told that the money she made did not make a dent in what Simon has swindled out of her but she felt happy to be able to like get one over on him.

It doesn’t appear that Ayleen Charlotte is on social media.
