The Philadelphia Eagles will push on without head coach Doug Pederson after the team announced his positive test for the coronavirus.
Duce Staley will lead the charge without Pederson, but the Eagles head ball coach could be back by Friday and certainly will be on the field for the team’s first practice in helmets, set to be held on August 12.
Pederson joins right tackle Lane Johnson as the only two Eagles to test positive thus far and he must now have two negative tests over a 72-hour time frame before he can be allowed back into team facilities.
