A house that 'transports you back to the late 1960s' with an interior left unaltered for decades is being sold with a guide price of just £75,000.
The three-bed semi-detached home in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, has stood unoccupied for more than 50 years and potential buyers have been told it will need a lot work to restore the property to its former glory.
The house is part of a former estate and is due to go under the hammer at auction next month, with photos from the interior showing much of the 'psychedelic decor' throughout the neglected rooms.
It features bold colour and design popular in the 1960s, including floral, patterned and cartoon print wallpaper in the living areas and what had once been a child's bedroom.
Remnants of the old kitchen remain, with blue flooring, and white and blue wooden cabinets, and the original bathroom has also been left in place.
The blue carpet in the living area is littered with debris, wallpaper is peeling from the walls, and many of the fixtures and fittings both inside and out have been left to rot having been abandoned long ago.
The home is described as being in need of "full modernisation", which also extends to the exterior and garden, where pictures show a large outbuilding, overgrown greenery, old tires and discarded wood.
Auction House Bristol and West have put on a guide price of between £75,000 and £100,000 and say it has already attracted plenty of interest with more than 50 viewings scheduled.
